Cops nab two men for murder, rape

CAMP DANGWA, LA TRINIDAD, Benguet -- Police arrested the top 12 most wanted person in Abra for murder while a suspect in a rape case was nabbed in Apayao last week.
Senior Supt. Amando Laguiwid, Abra provincial police director identified the murder fugitive as Joseph Bungloy, 29 of Laplapaga, Ayyeng, Manabo town in Abra.
He said Bungloy was nabbed Nov. 27 in a midnight police raid headed by Chief Insp. Lou SalavadorAglibot Claro at Ayyeng.
A warrant for Bungloy’s arrested was earlier issued by JudgeCharito Gonzales of regional trial court branch 1, of Bangued.
Meanwhile on Nov 28, a 16-year-old student was arrested at Sta Maria, Flora, Apayao by town police and Provincial Public Safety Company for rape.
The suspect was identified as Ruben D. LinganJr, 16, student and resident of Sta Maria.
Judge Quirino M Andaya, RTC, 2nd Judicial Region, Branch 26. Luna, Apayao issued the warrant for Lingan’s arrest for molesting his three-year-old cousin by inserting his finger into the vagina of the victim.
