Korean missionary found dead in Ecija

GEN. TINIO, Nueva Ecija -- A Korean missionary was found dead in her bedroom at DoongJiPhilko Mission Center in Barangay Concepcion, General Tinio, Nueva Ecija last week.

In a report here, Senior Supt. Roberto Aliggayu, Nueva Ecija police director, said In Nyong Choi, 52, was a Christian missionary and just arrived in Nueva Ecija from Manila with her husband, also a missionary.

Aliggayu said that the victim’s husband identified as HyongSeok Kim, 52, told police investigators that he found his wife lifeless when he tried to wake her up for breakfast.

He said he ordered the Gabaldon police to conduct an investigation of the incident.
