2 teen sweethearts stabbed dead in hut

ALCALA, Pangasinan – Two teenage sweethearts were found stabbed dead in a hut along the earthen dike in Barangay Poblacion East this town night of Oct. 27, police said.

The bodies of Joma rLaya, 18, and Dyan Kay Cruz, 17, were discovered by the former’s relative Leah Lagula, 29.

Laya reportedly celebrated his birthday and had a drinking spree with some of his friends. He and his girlfriend were stabbed with an ice pick.

Police have two men in their custody to shed light on the killing. Relatives of both victims cried for justice saying those responsible for the dastardly deeds should be jailed.
