Man arrested for cattle rustling in MP

PARACELIS, Mountain Province – Police arrested a man here last week wanted for cattle rustling.

The suspect, nabbed Dec. 5, was identified as Julio M. Palangdao, 31, farmer of  Sitio Makilo, Barangay Buringal here.

A warrant for his arrest was earlier issued by Judge Joseph Patnaan of Regional Trial Court, Branch 35, Bontoc.

Palangdao, listed  4th most wanted  man in Paracelis  is now incarcerated at the municipal jail.

Paracelis police with personnel of police security battalion and provincial intelligence office led by Senior Insp. Philip M. Liwan and Insp. Richard Soliven respectively arrested Palangdao.
