Laborer beheaded in Ilocos bunkhouse

DINGRAS, Ilocos Norte – A 41-year-old construction foreman was found beheaded in his bunkhouse in Dingras, Ilocos Norte Tuesday.

Police said the victim, Roy Agtang Maddela, who hailed from Sta. Praxedes, Cagayan, reportedly worked for a construction firm owned by Piddig Mayor Eddie Guillen in building a sabo dike in Dingras town.

Investigation is ongoing to find the culprits in the crime which shocked residents of this rural town with police saying they are looking at different angles like a grudge or love affair which involved the victim..
