Panagbenga portalets set for visitors

BAGUIO CITY-- Organizers of the Baguio Flower Festival said participants of the grand street dancing and float parade including visitors will be provided with enough portalets or portable toilets.

BFF 2013 Chairman Federico Alquiros said portalets will be placed at designated areas at the Athletic Bowl for participants and thousands of visitors who are expected to flock to this Summer Capital for the grand street dancing parade and grand float parade on Feb. 23 and 24, respectively.

More than two million tourists are expected to arrive for the Panagbenga highlights which will be followed by the closing of the whole stretch of Session Road for the Session Road in Bloom until March 3.

Panagbenga opened last February 1 and various activities are lined up for the month-long annual festival of Baguio City.--PIA
