Treasure Link sets 9th assembly April 5

SAGADA, Mountain Province -- The multi -million Treasure Link cooperative shall be conducting its 9^th annual general assembly at Bangaan National High School here on April 5 from 6:30 a.m. to 12 noon.

A TL advisory said distribution of snacks, meal allowance and ballots shall be observed from 6:30 to 9 am followed by presentation of candidates and casting of ballots from 9 to 9:30. 

The general assembly shall elect three members of the board of directors, three members of the audit committee and three members of the election committee.

Regular members are enjoined to attend referring to those who have completed their P10,000 share capital. Associate members referring to savers or those who have not completed their share capital are also welcome to attend but not entitled to exit allowance.  

Treasure Link Cooperative Society started among 18 alumni of Bangaan National High School in 2003  who pooled their resources amounting to 201 thousand pesos. The cooperative was registered with the Cooperative Development Authority in 2005.

With a total current asset of P146 million, Treasure Link  has a standing membership of 2,089 regular members and 7,556 associate members /savers.

Program services include loans –regular, salary, microfinance,  emergency,  special and mortgage- and deposits with a 10,000 share capital, savings, time deposits with 5 to 8% per annum, and special investment lock in for five years with interest at 10% or 2% higher than  existing time deposit rate.

Providential services program include aid to hospitalization, death aid, calamity and accident aid.
