75-year-old farmer rapes minor child

ATOK, Benguet – A 75-year-old farmer was arrested at his residence here Tuesday for allegedly raping his daughter.   

Arrested was Viernes Walang “Biernes” Binay-an, widower, farmer, of Kapangan, Benguet and  resident of Sitio Banayakeo, Poblacion.

This, after police received report from victim’s relatives the suspect again raped his daughter at Hilltop market, Baguio City on July 2.   

 Investigation disclosed the suspect was previously charged before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office for committing the same offense to the victim.

The arrested suspect was turned over to Baguio City Police Office and was later incarcerated at the city jail.
