Ex-US Air Force officer killed

BAGUIO CITY -- A retired US Air Forde officer was hacked to death here Tuesday by unidentified suspects around 6:30 a.m. No. 41 Pinsao Proper.

Police identified the victim as Emelito Nalapo, legal age. Miriam Bautista, house hold helper of the victim, said the killers gained access through the window at the second floor of the house and entered the room of  Nalapo around 1 a.m.

Victim’s cause of death was intracranial hemorrhage secondary to multiple hacked wounds on his head, said Supt. Rodrigo Leal.

The victim’s body was brought to La Paz Funeral Homes.

Police are still investigating the case
