FX falls Buguias ravine; 2 hurt

BUGUIAS, Benguet – Two brothers were injured when the vehicle they were riding in fell down an 80-meter  deep ravine then landed on a creek here March 20, around about 9:45 a.m. at Man-asok, Baculongan Sur.

Investigation disclosed that the vehicle was a white Tamaraw FX with plate number UBV 994 registered under the name of Isorena Jose of Ma.Theresa St., South City Homes, Binan, Laguna.

Police named the victims as Jehulio, 30 and Agusto, 35 both with same middle and surnames Binaliw Douglas.

Residents rushed both to Lutheran Hospital here for treatment. Investigation revealed that while the vehicle was ascending the Buguias-Kabayan road it allegedly had a locked wheel defect  which caused the driver to lose control, making the vehicle  plunge down the ravine.
