500K reward now raised to informant on Kiltepan arson

SAGADA Mountain Province ---Last year’s arson on two buildings
here at Kiltepan peak on November 8 cannot be forgotten.
Property owner Wilson Capuyan said the initial P200,000
reward raised to P300,000 is now half a million pesos.
With no suspect yet arrested and no positive findings yet from investigation, reward to anyone who can give valid information on who burned
the two structures at scenic Kiltepan Peak here has been raised to P500,000.00
Capuyan heavily condemned the incident being highly
offensive to culture and morals of the people of Sagada.
Two structures at Kiltepan Peak, a resto-café and a
residential cottage were intentionally burned night of November 8 last year with
the use of explosives.
Police investigation then revealed exploded improvised
exploded devise were found at a room and concrete flooring of the restaurant
while four sets of explosives were found at two concrete posts and in between
the beam and wall of the residential cottage.
Also found in the vicinity were unused 13 dynamite sticks
and accumulated burned commercial safety fuse.
