NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION

Notice is hereby given that the Amended Articles of Incorporation of Green Environment and Rural Development Radio Foundation Inc. shortening the existence and thereby dissolving the corporation as of July 2, 2020 has been approved by the said corporation in a meeting held on July 2, 2020.

All persons having claim against said corporation are requested to present the same at the principal office of the corporation at #22 Bagay Road, Caritan Centro, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan for immediate settlement.

This will serve as a notice to all parties of the legal dissolution of the said corporation
