Pangasinan posts 8 new Covid cases

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan – The Pangasinan Provincial Health office reported
Tuesday night eight new cases of covid-19 disease that included three minors.
PHO said all the patients were admitted at the Pangasinan
Provincial Hospital on July 14, except for a 35 year-old-male from San Roque,
San Manuel town, who was brought to an isolation facility in his hometown as he
was asymptomatic.
Among those admitted at PPH were a one-year-old boy, a
six-year old girl, an eight-year-old girl, and a 47-year-old man – all from
Barangay San Felipe East in San Nicolas town
The children were asymptomatic, while the man manifested
symptoms of COVID-19.
The others who were taken to PPH were a 41-year-old male
from Barangay Ingalagala, Malasiqui town; and a 40-year-old male from Barangay
Carosucan, Asingan.
The province has recorded a total of 127 COVID-19 cases.
Out of this number, 86 recovered, 32 were admitted to hospital, and nine have
died.
Meanwhile, the provincial government urged returning
residents to secure documents, and follow protocols to be able to enter
Pangasinan.
This was pointed out by Provincial Disaster Risk
Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) Chief Rhodyn Luchinvar Oro that
returning residents to Pangasinan should secure the necessary documents and
follow the needed protocols to enter Pangasinan.
Oro said that returning individuals should present their
travel authority issued by the Philippine National Police (PNP) and medical
clearance from the local government unit of their point of origin upon entering
the province.
