New Benguet PNP chief assumes post

CAMP DANGWA, La Trinidad, Benguet – Col. Reynaldo Pasiwen assumed as new provincial police director of this province last week. He replaced Col. Elmer Ragay during turnover ceremony here presided by Cordillera police director Brig. Gen. R’win S. Pagkalinawan Feb. 19.
    Ragay was awarded Medalya ng Kasanayan (PNP Efficiency Medal) for meritorious leadership as Benguet police chief from Oct. 31, 2019 to Feb. 19, 2021.

In his message, Ragay thanked the regional police leadership for trust and confidence given to him as Benguet police chief.

He said Benguet police will be in good hands as he expressed his trust and support to the incoming provincial director that according to him is an able, worthy, and skilled leader.

Pasiwen was former chief of the Regional Intelligence Division.
