“As I mentioned
earlier, this method is a huge challenge among the police and we have seen the
responsiveness of our senior police officers to show their support in our
campaign against illegal drugs,” said Azurin.
Azurin was here in Pugo for a ground-breaking ceremony in Barangay Cuenca, where a 2-storey Community Police Assistance Center will be constructed.
“We did this to show the public that we have nothing to hide or are biased against illegal drugs,” said Azurin.
“We submit ourselves to cleanse our ranks, to submit ourselves for evaluation and assessment and these senior officers of ours are our future leaders in the PNP who will face the public,” added Azurin.
