Tormented Michael Jackson turns to drugs to alienate self

Was Michael Jackson running away from himself? What were his fears? His dependence on prescription drugs must have told extreme pain since he started getting pain killers in 1993 following child molestation charges. Drug addiction was again much pronounced when he went through relatively the same charges in 2003 till the day he died.

What might have been the cause of Michael Jackson’s drug problem apparently took a huge toll on the pop icon one of which might have been his nearly $500 million debt and his previous child molestation charges.
