Lady arrested for illegal drugs

BAGUIO CITY -- A lady who allegedly peddles shabu and marijuana, was arrested in a sting operation by anti-narcotic agents here at about 7:30 p.m. August 11 at Shanum St.

Lawmen identified the alleged illegal drug pusher as Rosemon C. Padilla, 19, computer shop attendant and a resident of here Sunnyside Fairview.

Padilla reportedly sold two sachets of shabu for P1,000 to an agent of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Cordillera Administrative who posed as buyer.

When searched Padilla was found to have in her possession dried marijuana worth P38.

Cases for illegal drugs were filed against Padilla, before a local court.

“Padilla was one of identified dealers of marijuana to high school students,” said PDEA investigation agent V Gil Cesario P. Castro.
