>> Monday, November 25, 2013
There is no tropical cyclone threatening the
country but the tail-end of a cold front is affecting northern Luzon, the state
weather bureau said.
In its 24-hour weather
forecast, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services
Administration (PAGASA) said Cagayan Valley and the province of Aurora will
experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms.
The regions of
Cordillera and Ilocos will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with light rains
while Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy
with isolated rains or thunderstorms.
PAGASA said moderate
to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Visayas as
the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough.
In other parts of the
country, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight
to moderate seas.
