MANAOAG,
Pangasinan – Around 40 foreign tourists seeking treatment for various ailments
were warmly received by Rev. Alex Orbito, president of the Philippine Healers’
Circle, at the Pyramid of Asia Healing Center in Barangay Cabanbanan, Manaoag,
Pangasinan last week.
Among the visitors were Americans, Germans,
Russians, Canadians, Czechs, as well as nationals from Bulgaria, Switzerland,
Belgium, Sweden and Holland.
Journalists who visited the welcome party
tendered by Orbito, owner and overall manager of the picturesque Pyramid of
Asia, opined that “it’s about time the province acknowledged Orbito’s
contribution to the tourism industry as well as his role in restoring to
wellness hundreds of patients coming from foreign lands.”
“Orbito has been receiving at his Pyramid
Center foreign patients from all parts of the world,” a journalist said.
Orbito has acquired a reputation for healing
individuals suffering from different ailments and diseases, particularly those
with malignancies.
A revered healer, Orbito is reportedly most
sought for his rare gift of healing with bare hands and prayers here and abroad
where he is received even by royalty, heads of state, and prominent show
business personalities.
