PBOC proclaims winning candidates of Cagayan

TUGUEGARAO CITY — The Provincial Board of Canvassers here proclaimed recently winning candidates for congressman and board member in the first and second district in Cagayan province.

PBOC chairman lawyer Michael Camaging, officially proclaimed for the first district congressman-elect Ramon Nolasco with votes of 89,123 over Jack Ponce Enrile with 79,556 and for board member, Olivia Pascual-80,293; AJ Ponce-63,785 and Cris Barcena-60,461.

For the second district, proclaimed were congresswoman Aline Vargas-83,618 against Darwin Sacramid with 30,779 and board members Jeff Vargas-62,399; Arche Layos-38,799 and Wilmer Villoria-30,383.--PNA
