AWOL cop arrested by peers for carjacking

TUGUEGARAO City --- A
police officer who has gone AWOL (absence without official leave) was arrested
by his colleagues over pending carjacking charges filed against him in this
city on Sept. 27.
SPO2 Ronald Casibang
was arrested at his home in Barangay Ugac Norte, according to city police chief
Supt. Edward Guzman.
Casibang, tagged as
one of the city's most wanted man, has been facing at least 10 carjacking charges,
Guzman said.
The suspect did not
resist when members of the city police served a warrant for his arrest issued
by Tuguegarao City Regional Trial Court Judge Arnold Agustin.
