Teachers licensure exam application on until Jan 29

BAGUIO CITY – Application for the March 2020 licensure exam for professional teachers ongoing until Jan. 29.

Professional Regulatory Commission officer in charge Juanita Domogen bared this saying requirements for new/first-time and repeater applicants include original and photocopy of transcript of records with scanned picture and remarks, “For board examination purposes ” and original and photocopy of PSA/NSO-issued birth certificate issued in security paper.

A copy of birth certificate from Local Civil Registrar if PSA/NSO copy is not legible is required.

                        Others include PSA/NSO-issued marriage certificate in security paper.  A copy from local civil registrar is required if  PSA/NSO copy is not legible (for married female applicants) and one recent passport-sized colored picture in plain white background with complete name tag (last name, first name, middle name).

Any valid government-issued ID as competent proof of identity and documentary stamps valued at P30 are also required.

Testing centers in North and Central Luzon are: PRC-CAR at no. 09 Otek Street corner Benjamin R. Salvosa Drive, Pine Lake View Building, Rizal Monument, Baguio City; PRC-Region 1 at Government Center, Pangasinan-Nueva Vizcaya Road, Carmay East, Rosales, Pangasinan; PRC Robinsons Ilocos at Level 2, Expansion Mall, Robinsons Place Ilocos San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte and PRC Robinsons Pangasinan at Level I, Robinsons Place, Calasiao, Pangasinan.

In Cagayan, site is at PRC, Tuguegarao City.

In Isabela, testing center is at PRC, 3^rd floor, Barangay Mabini, Santiago City.

In Region 3, sites are at PRC, 2^nd and third floor former BIR annex building in San Fernando City, PRC, Robinsons Starmills San Fernando, Pampanga and one-stop processing center, Clark Freeport , Mabalacat, Pampanga.

“Applicants must apply personally and strictly follow the appointment schedule since there is no extension of deadline,” Domogen said.
