P160-K shabu seized in Lagawe bus station

LAGAWE,
Ifugao -- Four sachets of suspected shabu were found in an unclaimed package in
a bus terminal here Nov. 5, a regional police information office report said.
Based on a report submitted to Cordillera police director Brig. Gen. Mafelino A. Bazar, the unclaimed suspicious package was sent from Sampaloc, Manila through bus on Oct. 31 and arrived early morning of Nov. 1 at Ohayami Bus Terminal located here in Barangay Poblacion. According to Lagawe Municipal Police Station, they received a request letter from the management of the bus transport informing them of an unclaimed suspicious package since Nov. 1.
Immediately, Lagawe police, Provincial EOD and Canine Unit (PECU), and Drug Enforcement Agency agents searched the bus terminal and found four sachets of suspected shabu weighing 13.5 grams valued at
P162,000.
Lagawe police are still investigating to know whereabouts of the person whose name was written in the unclaimed package and arrest those responsible for the transportation of illegal drugs.
