PROCor cites awardees in PNP anniversary day

La Trinidad, Benguet -- The Police Regional Office Cordillera recognized its
deserving personnel and offices during celebration of 121st Police Service
Anniversary here at regional police headquarters Oct. 24, a regional police
information office report said.
The presentation of awards was led by Public Works and Highways Cordillera (DPWH-CAR) director engineer Khadaffy Tanggol, Cordillera police director Brig. Gen. Mafelino A. Bazar and Command Group.
Ten 10 uniformed and non-uniformed personnel were recognized;
Col. Freddie M. Lazona, chief of Regional Logistics and Research Development Division as Best Senior Police Commissioned Officer for Administration, Col. Glenn D. Lonoga, chief of Regional Personnel and Records Management Division as the Best Senior PCO for Operations; Lt. Col. Cirilo B. Butigan Jr., Chief of the Provincial Personnel and Records Management Unit of Benguet PPO as the Best Junior PCO for Administration; Lt. Ruben C. Balanoy of the Tabuk CPS as the Best Junior PCO for Operations; PEMS Philip L Emocling of RPRMD as Best Senior Police Non- Commissioned Officer for Administration;
PEMS Charity Loida T Guzman of Pilar Municipal Police Station as Best Senior PNCO for Operations and SSg Florence L Bacani as Best Junior PNCO for Administration.
Individual awardees included also SSg. Shanybell T Banson of Tabuk CPS as Best Junior PNCO for Operations; NUP Amelita C Icarangal of Regional Comptrollership Division as Best NUP for Supervisory Level and NUP Mary Jean J Bañaga of RLRDD as Best NUP for Non- Supervisory Level
Meanwhile, 10 PROCor police units were also awarded during the ceremony: Benguet Police Provincial Office as Best Police Provincial Office, Baguio City Police Office as the Best City Police Office, Tabuk City Police Station as Best City Police Station, Tuba Municipal Police Station as Best Municipal Police Station, Regional Mobile Force Battalion 15 as Best Regional Mobile Force Battalion, Mountain Province Provincial Mobile Force Company as Best Provincial Mobile Force Company, Baguio City Mobile Force Company as Best City Mobile Force Company, Regional Highway Patrol Unit as Best Regional Operational Support Unit and Regional Medical and Dental Unit as Best Regional Administrative Support Unit
A special award was also given to the 144th Special Action Company 14th Special Action Battalion, Special Action Force (144th SAC, 14th SAB, PNP-SAF).
