2 Cordillera PNP officers retire; cited

CAMP DANGWA, La Trinidad, Benguet – Two retiring police officers were honored here at regional police headquarters Oct. 13.
Honorees included Lt. Leo S. Sabaot, who was previously assigned at Provincial Operations Management Unit of Abra Police Provincial Office and Lt. Francis B. Palicas, previously assigned at 2nd Abra Provincial Mobile Force Company.
Most Rev. Rolando Octavus Joven Tria Tirona, Archbishop of Caceres, guest of honor and speaker, with Cordillera police director Brig. Gen. David K. Peredo Jr. and deputy regional director for administration Brig. Gen. Patrick Joseph Allan, presented Medalya ng Paglilingkod (PNP Service Medal) and plaque of appreciation to the two retiring cops.
Certificates of recognition were also given to families of the retirees as appreciation for their support and sacrifices for the retiring cops.
In his message, Rev. Tirona expressed gratitude and respect to the two retirees for their commitment to police service.
