Francisco Bulwayan, Jr. said the suspension of the number coding scheme will not help in addressing the traffic problems of the city that is why it should be continuously enforced even during holidays as provided in ordinance that mandated the scheme.
Bulwayan said the number coding scheme contains number of vehicles allowed to ply along major roads in the city scheme to prevent monstrous traffic jams.
