BAGUIO CITY  -  Mayor Mauricio Domogan directed the Permits and Licensing Division  of the Mayor’s Office to compel establishment owners who were found to be without business permits to immediately secure the same and monitor their compliance.

It has been reported that out of the 301 establishments  within Block IV of the Baguio City public market that were inspected by the PLD, there were 265 business establishments that were found to be without business permits while 36 establishments were able to present their updated business permits.

“If said establishment owners will not secure their respective business permits, the city will be constrained to initiate appropriate actions,” said Domogan.

The PLD is expected to submit a report on the actions taken on the matter. -- JhoArranz
