Gov’t employee dead as trike collides with truck

DOLORES, Abra – The driver of a motorcycle was killed here Monday around 89:45 a.m. when his vehicle collided with an Elf Truck with plate no. TBE 893 driven by Eduardo Bodoña Bejarin, 35 of Barangay Lubong, Bangued.

Police said the incident happened along the provincial road in Barangay Bayaan, the motorcycle driven by  Arnulfo Beloy Bautista, 55, government employee,  of North Poblacion, San Juan town accidentally collided with the truck.

As a result, Bautista sustained multiple injuries and was rushed to Dolores Medicare and Community Hospital but was pronounced dead on arrival by the attending physician while Bejarin was unhurt. Both vehicles incurred undetermined cost of damages and were brought to Dolores police station for proper disposition.
