Out
of 14 graduates, 12 passed the theoretical examination, a requirement in
securing a student driver’s permit. With that, the names of the graduates have
been uploaded in the new LTO system for processing of the permits on August 3,
2020 prior to the 8-hour Practical Driving Course.
The theoretical course is composed of three

who cannot afford to enroll at an LTO Accredited Driving School, and have the
privilege of owning a driver’s license.
