SSS La Union suspends pays; sets skeletal office

SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union -- Following declaration of this city under enhanced community quarantine through Regional Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Disease Resolution No. 24 series of 2020, the Social Security System (SSS) La Union branch located here at the Government Center, Barangay Sevilla and its office at Manna Mall, Barangay Biday will be operating on skeletal workforce until July 31.

               With this, over the counter transactions will not be not allowed.

“We advise our members to submit their benefit applications by leaving their documents at the drop boxes located outside the branch,” the SSS said. “Contribution and loan payments are also temporarily suspended until further notice.”
