Reward up for Luna, Apayao SB sec’s killers

LUNA, Apayao -- The municipal government of this town has offered a P100,000 reward for the capture of the killers of the Sangguniang Bayan secretary.

EpifaniaCayetano was walking along Fidelion street in Barangay Poblacion when two motorcycle-riding men shot her on Aug. 19.

Police have yet to determine the motive for the killing.
