4 top Cordillera druggies nabbed

LA TRINIDAD, Benguet – Cordillera police
director Brig. Geb. R’win SA Pagkalinawan said four drug personalities were
arrested in Cordillera last week.
He identified them here at the regional police headquarters in Camp Dangwa as Allen Carlo Dela Cruz Visperas, 22, native of Pozorrubio Pangasinan and a resident of SLU Bakakeng Old Site, Baguio City.
Visperas was arrested in Kadmangan, Poblacion, Tuba, Benguet afternoon of Sept. 5.
Also nabbed was Esmeralda Camos Bacani, 37, of Campo Filipino, Baguio City who was arrested along Bokawkan Road, Cresencia Village, Baguio night of Sept. 4.
Visperas was caught with two plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, P1,000 buy bust money and one cellphone while confiscated from Bacani was a sachet of suspected shabu, buy bust money and one cellphone.
Earlier Sept. 2, Mariza Basiagon Agnaya, 40 of Purok 1, Bulanao Tabuk City, Kalinga and her companion Canuel Palutan Ballong, 38, and a resident of Nambaran, Tabuk City, Kalinga were caught in Nambaran, Tabuk City, Kalinga.
Meanwhile, Patrick Roger T. Catbagan and his companion Mary Jane Nunag, were arrested in Purok Magsaysay Loakan Proper, Baguio City.
Confiscated from Agnaya and Ballong were three small plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, while four plastic sachets containing suspected shabu, a digital weighing scale, P5,000 buy bust moneyand drug paraphernalia were taken from Catbagan and Nunag.
Other drug personalities arrested were identified as Tyrell Bacayan Balang aka "Tayek", 22, unemployed, of Betag, La Trinidad, Benguet.
He was detained after he was apprehended in the Betag on Sept. 2 while Alfonso T Eugenio, 31, furniture owner was held in Barangay Bado Dangwa, Tabuk City, Kalinga on Sept. 1.
Confiscated from Balang were sachet containing suspected shabu, P1,000 buy bust money and a cellphone, while five sachets containing suspected shabu, P1,000.00 buy bust money and Samsung cellphone was seized from Eugenio.
