This resulted in the death of one and hospitalization of the other last year.
Peace pact holders and elders from the two feuding tribes immediately met to enter into bodong to prevent escalation of conflict.
Under the peace pact agreement, the Naneng tribe agreed to surrender the suspect who belongs to the tribe to concerned authorities.
This, while the Magnao tribe should acknowledge what the other tribe did and accept the papod or manifestation their peace pact is not severed by agreeing to a settlement to prevent revenge and further killings between the tribes.
However, a member of the Naneng tribe accused the Magnao tribe of failing to comply with the agreement to accept the manifestation their peace pact was not severed.
Naneng tribe members said it has been more than a year, but the Magnao tribe has yet to comply with the agreement.
The Naneng tribe member questioned the peace pact when the Magnao tribe, reportedly did not want the proposed and agreed settlement.
Despite this, some parties said they were optimistic the conflict will be settled soon to prevent violence between the two tribes.
