Cordi police advisory group inducted in rites

BAGUIO CITY – The new set of officers of Regional Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (RAGTPD) was inducted by Cordillera police director Brig. Gen. Mafelino A. Bazar here at Baguio Country Club Oct. 22 following their election on Oct. 17, the regional police information office bared.
    This, as the Regional Police Strategy Management Unit said engineer Eduardo N. Meneses is now chairperson of RAGTPD while Maj. Gen. Wilfredo D. Franco (Ret.) is vice-chairperson.
    Prof. Albert G. Guinguino Jr. is secretary; Ryan Dale B. Mangusan, assistant secretary; director Editha S. Puddoc of National Police Commission Cordillera is auditor while Dona Digna S. Rosario is treasurer.
    After the induction ceremony, the first regular meeting was also conducted wherein Lt. Col. Carolina F. Lacuata, chief of Human Rights Affairs Office presented the chief PNP’s thrusts and programs while Lt. Col. Reymino G. Paduyao, chief of  Strategy Management and Alignment Branch of RPSMU presented updated PNP scorecard to  RAGTPD members.
    The secretary of RAGTPD presented functionalities, roles and tasks of the advisory group.
    The RAGTPD is composed of various leaders from sectors of the community that support the Philippine National Police in implementation and monitoring of strategic transformation roadmap.
