SM City Baguio, UB ink 3-year academe partnership renewal

SM City Baguio recently signed another three-year extension of memorandum of agreement with University of Baguio for employment tie-ups.
SM inked the agreement with UB on August 23.
Present during the MOA signing were the UB Officials headed by president engineer Javier Herminio Bautista, Janice Lonogan, vice president for academic affairs; Leny Estacio, director of CCSD and Malanie Saro, director of academic linkages office.
Also present were SM City Baguio regional human resource manager Irene Peralta, Gigi Soriano, SMBG regional recruitment officer; Joy Castillo, marketing manager-SMBG and Ruel Ramirez, HR manager.
In accordance with the 3-year term MoA extension, SM City Baguio and University of Baguio will collaborate to create jobs for their students at the malls. This will include a coordinated project that will have a greater impact on hiring, job placement and learning sessions, with the possibility of admission to the SM internship program and scholarships.
